cancellation policy
we ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice. An email reminder is sent out 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment, there is a link to change or cancel the appointment if need be. Partial payment of $25 will be asked if cancellation is Last minute. No call No Show clients will have their online booking privileges removed and asked for deposit for future appointments. Thank you for understanding that our time is just as valuable as yours.

Deep tissue massage
Massage therapy that involves the deeper tissues of the body by using a variety of techniques including; myofascial work, vibration therapy, traditional Chinese fire cupping, stretching, deep pressure, ect. This helps the deeper layers of the muscle tissue relax. Each session is tailored to the clients individual needs.

This is a 90 minute massage that involves using hot stones to massage the body. This is a good way to get deep into the muscles and attachment sites with the use of hot stones.
Relaxation/Swedish massage

60 minute massage to the whole body with no deep pressure. This type of massage involves long rhythmic strokes that are perfect to help the body drift away and relax .
